Film extrusion casting experimental equipment
The film extrusion casting experimental equipment of Guangzhou Hartek Technology Co., Ltd. is used for extrusion casting film molding of highly flame-retardant and high-impact recycled polystyrene XPS particles. XPS film is particularly suitable for manufacturing electronic components, components and shell materials of electronic equipment that require flame retardancy, and has huge market application prospects. It is mainly composed of a single-screw extruder, a screen changer, a casting die, an unwinding and a casting rewinding roll.
The film extrusion casting lab machine can prepare 0.012mm film. The surface of the product is off-white and light-transmissive, smooth and flat, without obvious crystal point vertical lines.
1. The extrusion molding die and the transition zones are heated, with 265 degrees in the material cylinder zone 1, 285 degrees in the material cylinder zone 2, and 295 degrees in the mold.
2. The XPS pellets are dried at 140 for 4 hours before starting the machine.
3. Each power roller (casting, traction and winding) is independently driven by a servo motor, with precise roller speed control and good synchronization performance
4. The mold temperature controller and thermal oil heating are used, and the roller surface temperature is accurate and the temperature difference is small
5. The film is normally produced by feeding, extrusion and casting, the traction is stable, the winding and unwinding tension is stable, and the line speed is synchronized.
