Erin Ronstadt—Managing Partner
As a Managing Partner at Sandstone Law Group, Erin Ronstadt is the heart of this firm’s commitment to standing up for those whose voices need to be heard. Erin specializes in disability law, having handled countless long-term and short-term disability claims, including appeals and litigation at both the state and federal levels.
Her extensive experience involves representing clients against the most powerful insurance companies and Fortune 500 firms, ensuring that they receive the benefits they’ve paid for and deserve. Erin is also proud of her personal interests, including her two golden retrievers, Porthos and Aurora, and her love for Arizona’s adventures.
Kyle Shelton—Managing Partner

Having joined Erin’s team in 2008, Kassandra brings a wealth of experience and a relentless passion for achieving the best possible outcome for each case.
She specializes in vocational assessments, plan/policy document reviews, and understanding the nuances of disabling medical conditions. Outside of work, Kassandra enjoys spending time with her dog, Pumpkin, and helping others in her personal life.
